Effective for all bookings made through Amor and Co

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat on any group tour.
The full balance is due no later than 4 weeks (28 days) prior to departure.
Failure to settle the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your accommodation booking.
The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before your check-in date.
Amor and Co acts as a third-party agent and bookings are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the chosen resort or lodge.

No refunds will be issued for Mozambique accommodation or tours, in accordance with the resort and supplier policies.
Booking amendments are subject to availability and at the discretion of the service provider.
If you need to cancel, we recommend sourcing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or cancellations, as travel insurance is not included in any of our packages.

Amor and Co is a third-party booking and marketing agent and does not own or operate the transport, accommodation, or activity providers listed on our platforms.
While we strive to work with reliable partners, Amor and Co will not be held liable for:
- Any delays, cancellations, or amendments by third-party suppliers.
- Loss, theft, injury, illness, or accidents that may occur during your trip.
- Events or inconveniences arising from weather, natural disasters, strikes, border issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure they have the correct travel documents, including valid passports and any required visas.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially for cross-border travel to Mozambique, to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and theft.

All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
